Redemption:
Simply present the voucher number in store when attending your appointment. Any unused balance will remain available within the validity period.
Validity & terms:
Valid for 3 years from the date of issue (NZ law effective 16 March 2026).
Transferable to another person.
Not refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
If the voucher is lost, it can still be used with the recorded voucher number in our system.
